Taking time in between her current role and her previous roles at the NBCUniversal, Content Distribution, Client Partnership Development and Banco Santander S.A., Santander Universities Global Division, Isabel created isayoga where she took a break from the “corporate world” and taught yoga while living in Colombia. This gave her the time to recharge and realize that her passion for media could not go unnoticed. With a new perspective on entrepreneurship, and work life balance, she moved back to New York and joined the Content Distribution team. Originally from Colombia, and growing up in Minnesota, Isabel is not shy about being proud of her heritage. Her background and passion for the entertainment industry gives her a unique perspective and approach to the way she conducts business whether it is in English or Spanish.
Isabel is always up for new challenges and experiences. She values spending time with family and friends and exploring new countries. During her free time she likes to watch movies she can’t predict the ending to, read, all things related yoga, practice Krav Maga, hiking, surfing and cheer on her favorite soccer team Atletico Nacional.

Content Marketing
• Develop great partner relationships with networks (NBCUniversal, Disney, CBS, The CW, Smithsonian Channel) and MLS teams (LAFC, Sounders FC) to create smart, mutually-beneficial marketing initiatives to generate deeper knowledge of the YouTube TV brand, network priority programming, soccer clubs; ultimately driving acquisition and deepening product value.
• Work closely with Content Business Development team to support negotiations, provide marketing input, and drive business goals through acquisition, up-sell, marketing, viewership and user retention.
• Through partner management, spearhead "firsts" for YouTube TV such as; Fall Premiere Co-branded event with ABC talent and YouTube Creators, Twitter Q&As with CBS talent, NBA on ESPN on Christmas Day and NBA Primetime spots across Q1, promote Sunday Night Football on NBC including regular season games, playoff game and the Super Bowl LII, and promote first of its kind partnerships with LAFC as main presenting sponsor and Sounders exclusive streaming partner.
